How did you decide to move towards a plant-based lifestyle? Maybe it was an ethical decision based on wanting to lead a more compassionate life and limit the impact on the environment, or perhaps you chose because of health reasons.
Either way, it's possible that you are experiencing a shift in terms of how you view your self and identity. You may have started to question what you have always thought to be the 'right way', and this can leave you with conflicting thoughts and emotions.
Perhaps others around you are struggling to accept your choices and you are finding yourself in unwanted battles, or withdrawing from people and situations to avoid conflict.
Therapy on a one-to-one basis can help you to explore your sense of self and work through some of the difficulties that you face. It can also help you to identify the source of patterns that keep repeating in your life and communication and relationship with others and help you to move forward.
You will be offered a free 15 minute consultation, to get some basic details and you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions that you might have.
If yourself and Sally agree to go ahead, regular sessions will be arranged on a day and time to suit you where possible. Therapy is open ended, which means that number of sessions are not limited and you can stay as long as you feel you are getting what you need from sessions, and for as long as you wish.
Sessions are currently online and Sally uses Zoom which can be accessed on most devices. You will need a reliable internet connection and a private space away from people and other distractions.
